As part of the Qualitas Health corporate social responsibility initiative, Qualitas Health regularly undertakes various community work projects, including walks, smoking cessation programmes, health events, open days, health talks and public talks.
Qualitas Health supports Caring for Cambodia (“CFC”). CFC is a non-profit, non-governmental, charitable organisation committed to ensuring a high-quality education for children in Siem Reap, Cambodia by training their teachers and providing clean, child-friendly classrooms and essentials for their health and welfare.

CFC’s Health & Dental Committee established a partnership with one of Qualitas’ Health brands, International Medical Clinic (“IMC”) in Singapore, to support health care screenings initiatives at CFC schools. To date, IMC funds three full time Cambodian nurses. In addition, IMC staff volunteers at the three to four yearly health service trips at CFC schools, assisting with vision screenings, body mass index measurements through height and weight measurements and first aid training for staff, students and communities.

Qualitas Health through Qualitas Health Malaysia launched our “One Clinic, One Community, Qualitas Health Refugee Health Programme”, together with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (“UNHCR”), to provide subsidised primary services in Malaysia to refugees registered with UNHCR.
A mental health at the workplace forum involving Qualitas’ Health stakeholders was held to raise awareness on the importance of embracing mental health. It involved discussing initiatives and best practices that companies can incorporate into workplace policies to break the stigma surrounding the issue. The forum also looked into the situational analysis of mental health statistics amongst Malaysians in the workplace.
An initiative by Qualitas Health that saw doctors volunteer to carry out the circumcision for more 50 registered patients using the Smart Klamp Method. Qualitas Health also provided complimentary medical test such as in- body composition, blood glucose and blood pressure checks to the attending parents and community. The medical tests provided by our team, consulted more than 150 patients during the course of the event.
Community for a Hari Raya Haji Celebration. In support of the event, Qualitas Health offered complimentary health checks covering glucose, blood pressure, lung function and in-body tests with doctor consultation. Our doctors together with our clinic nurses attended to 225 visitors that day.
